FABRICIO

A MASTER CRAFTSMAN.
A LIFE BUILT AROUND THE WORK.

Fabricio came to America from Ecuador with little more than the determination to build a life through hard work. He arrived at a time when the American Dream still felt tangible — when an opportunity, a willingness to learn, and the discipline to keep showing up could become the foundation for something of your own.

His path began at the bottom of an upholstery shop on Long Island.

He was there to sweep floors. But while he worked, Fabricio watched the craftsmen around him. He studied their hands, their techniques, the way they approached a piece, and the precision behind work that most people never think twice about.

He was curious.

And curiosity became skill.

What began as watching eventually became learning. Learning became practice. Practice became mastery.

WHERE IT ALL
STARTED

Fabricio's journey into upholstery began on Long Island, at the bottom of a working upholstery shop.

He started by sweeping floors and cleaning up after the craftsmen. But the work happening around him quickly caught his attention.

He watched how fabric was handled. How pieces were taken apart and rebuilt. How proportions, patterns, seams, curves, and small details came together to transform something ordinary into something extraordinary.

He was there to work.

But he was also there to learn.

02LEARNING BY LOOKING, THEN DOING

FROM CURIOSITY
TO CRAFT

Fabricio kept watching.

He asked questions when he could. He practiced whenever he had the opportunity. And slowly, the work that had first caught his attention from across the shop began to make sense.

What started with sweeping floors became learning the trade.

Learning the trade became practicing it.

And practicing it became a craft.

25+ YEARS OF CRAFT

More than 25 years later, Fabricio's work is defined by that same instinct: to understand the craft, respect the materials, and never settle for simply getting the job done.

For Fabricio, upholstery has never been about simply covering a piece of furniture. It is about understanding how something was made, seeing what it can become, and having the skill to bring that vision to life.

Every curve, seam, pattern, and detail matters.

A life shaped by the work

HE CAME LOOKING
FOR AN OPPORTUNITY.
HE FOUND A CRAFT.
AND HE MADE IT HIS OWN.

What began with an entry-level job at an upholstery shop became a lifelong craft, a business, and a body of work built by his own hands.
